• Prepare beverages (beers, cocktails, wines, non alcoholic) according to Bincho Boss standard.
• Knowledgeable in beer, spirits, wines and sake.
• Able to communicate well with peers and guests alike.
• Build guest rapport by engaging with guest seated by the bar.
• Stocking bar according to par level the liquors, syrups, wines, garnishes.
• Waitering work mostly on weekdays when the bar is not busy.
• Opening / closing of bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar at all times.

  Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• RSA (Preferred)
