JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and at least 2 years prior bartending experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order management.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent sales skills with a focus on upselling beverages and promoting specials.
  • Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
