Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily front of house and bar operations, including briefings.
  • Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation as established by the Head chef, Restaurant Manager and management.
  • Promotional Briefings; regularyly update service staff, leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets through upselling food and beverage items while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Menu knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant’s menu and recipes, delivering on the company brand promise and providing execeptional customer service.
  • Prepare drinks for customers according to beverage recipes established by management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of all beverage items on the menu, including recipes, and stay updated with any changes in menu items and pricing.
  • Welcome customers and utilize active listening skills to recommend beverages tailored to their preferences. Be observant, detail-oriented, and courteous to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials through effective upselling techniques.
  • Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink offerings.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Prepare and ensure all bar mise en place is ready for daily operations.
  • Follow procedures for opening and closing the bar.
  • Adhere to all policies set by the restaurant manager regarding food safety, quality standards, workplace safety, security, and hygiene.
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to support the profitability of the restaurant.
