Ferch’s Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for a bartender to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 418 N. Mayfair Rd. in Wauwatosa.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable, has a willingness to learn, have fun, and make money! Flexible scheduling, minimum 2 shifts required a week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Follow and complete a bar checklist
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Prior working experience as a bartender/server preferred
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
