We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ barista to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining the bar area and adhering to food safety standards.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Proficient in time management to handle busy shifts efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety practices related to food handling and preparation.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and preparation.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system; handle cash and credit card payments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and new products to enhance guest experience.
