The Providence Oyster Bar located in East Greenwich is hiring a Bartender! Duties and Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service. * Ensure customer orders are taken, prepared and served in a timely manner. * Be aware of special requests and food allergies. Ensure necessary information is communicated to the Kitchen team. * Be knowledgeable about mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages. * Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked. * Be knowledgeable about beverage and dining menu items. * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Be Tips and/or ServSafe Alcohol certified. * Uphold the company's policies and procedures including guidelines relating to serving alcoholic beverages. * Please note, to serve alcohol in the state of Rhode Island, the server/bartender must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
