Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks, following standard recipes or guest requests
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service and interact warmly with guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation: stocking supplies, washing glassware, and cleaning bar equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations (e.g. serving alcohol responsibly, checking IDs)
  • Collaborate with team members across front–of–house to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with inventory: track stock levels, perform regular counts, report needs to supervisors

Requirements

  • 2 Years of bartender experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed

Desirable Attributes

  • Mixology or cocktail-making skills
  • Familiarity with wine and spirits, pairing recommendations, or dietary requirements
