We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A passion for brewing and mixology is an asset.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payment transactions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for banquet events or catering services as needed.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
