JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A passion for brewing and mixology is an asset.

  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
