Cocktail Master (Bartender )

Role Summary

TIMELESS Abu Dhabi is hiring a skilled Cocktail Master (Mixologist) to lead our bar programme, crafting classic and signature cocktails to a premium, consistent standard ahead of our November 2026 opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to a premium, consistent standard
• Manage bar stock, garnishes, and mise en place efficiently
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at the bar station
• Engage guests with attentive, knowledgeable service — recommending drinks and explaining ingredients
• Coordinate closely with the Floor Master and service team during peak service
• Uphold TIMELESS service standards at all times

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE bartending / mixology experience
• Experience in a premium lounge, bar, restaurant, or hotel outlet
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
• Well-groomed, presentable appearance
• Confident, guest-facing communication style
• Fluent/confident English — able to engage guests and explain drinks
• Speed and composure during high-volume service

Relevant Background (a strong plus)

5-star hotels, Luxury lounges and bars, Beach clubs, Premium restaurants, Zuma, Buddha-Bar, Cavalli Club, White Dubai, Soho Garden, CÉ LA VI, Amazonico, Coya, or similar venues

Deal-Breakers

• No formal bartending / mixology experience
• Poor hygiene or presentation standards
• Weak English, unable to engage guests
• Overly casual or unprofessional conduct
• Slow or inconsistent under pressure
• Motivated only by tips, not craft or service quality
