Description

The bartender represents the Barcade brand and as such is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the brand and it’s unique offerings. Bartenders are responsible for serving guests in a timely and courteous fashion. This position is for shifts on the busiest shifts of the week at one of our newest location so experience working at a high volume Philly bar is required. Duties and responsibilities * Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons * Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drink * Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations * Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails * Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age * Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies * Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally * Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience * Comply with all food and beverage regulations. * Standard set up and break down of bar and surrounding areas. Qualifications * 2 years of experience in a fast paced and high standard bar setting. * Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands. * Working knowledge of craft beer, craft spirits and food. * Interest in vintage arcade games. * A passion for hospitality and customer service. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Responsibilities

The bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent service to guests in a high-volume environment. They must also manage bar inventory, maintain an accurate cash drawer, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
