Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Barista to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including expertly mixed cocktails, specialty coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, coffee, tea, and other drinks, with consistency and flair Recommend beverages based on customer preferences and promote signature drinks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or café area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards for all beverages Stay up-to-date with beverage menus, ingredients, brewing techniques, and current trends in the industry Handle customer interactions professionally and warmly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a hotel or premium café/bar setting Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cocktail mixology techniques Familiarity with local beverage preferences and trends in Malaysia Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Keen attention to detail, creativity, and passion for crafting high-quality beverages Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Knowledge of and adherence to Malaysian food safety and hygiene regulations Barista or bartending certification is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
