Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Bartender is all about! Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day: * Operates POS cash register, two and six wheel carts, juice, soda, and liquor guns, cutting board, espresso machine, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, blenders, soda/wine/juice hook-ups, and knives * Polish all glasses and silverware to be used in the outlet * Exhibits and executes a complete knowledge of the venue’s sequence of service and selling technique * Communicates and works with all support team members to ensure bar is properly stocked and prepared for operations * Prepare, mix, and serve drinks and beverages correctly to customers directly or through servers, while ensuring bar seated guests have a good experience Requirements Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): * Knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer as well as all other products offered * Basic computer abilities and experience working with a POS system * Must be fluent in English language, both written and oral * Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): * Speaks more than one language * Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course We've kept it short and sweet – just the essentials you'll need. Responsibilities
