A quirky, independent, outdoor restaurant based at Hanlons Brewery in Half Moon Village on the A377 near Exeter and Crediton. We are looking for a friendly, new member to join our hard working team.
There’s an opportunity for an excellent Bar Tender to join us at our bar and restaurant based at Hanlons Brewery in Half Moon village on the A377 near Exeter and Crediton. You will have previous experience in working in a fast paced environment, be a team player and are passionate about great service and love beer and BBQ food!
You will be able to use your own initiative and demonstrate previous success of maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. You will enjoy letting your personality shine through to ensure that you build a rapport with all customers, so that they have the best experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous bar experience essential.
• Proven knowledge of cellar management and beer line maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

- Communicate knowledge of our products to customers

• Assisting with deliveries and stock control.
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth running of the venue

• Serving drinks to customers efficiently and with excellent customer service.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar area.

• Managing cellar operations, including beer line cleaning, stock rotation, and ensuring products are kept in top condition.

• Communicate knowledge of our products to customers

• Assisting with deliveries and stock control.

• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth running of the venue.
