OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires experience in fine dining or nightlife settings, as well as proficiency with various Point of Sale (POS) systems. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS and Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
