Located on Ocean Boulevard, the Boulevard Hotel is a luxury 5-star seafront hotel at Pleasure Beach Resort.
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour is essential in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations related to beverage preparation.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations.
  • Process payments accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  • Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
