QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food and beverages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for billing purposes.
