As a Bartender in the Arbutus Room, you help create a refined and welcoming atmosphere during evening service. With a focus on elevated, locally inspired cuisine and a thoughtfully curated beverage program, your presence at the bar sets the tone for memorable dining experiences. You craft exceptional cocktails, offer informed recommendations, and deliver service that is both polished and personable.
