We are seeking a personable and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that each experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a busy environment with ease. Responsibilities

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Act as the face of the hotel engaging with guests while providing exceptional service
  • Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring that all guest orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary
  • Promote a positive and polite work environment
  • Create a five-star customer experience for every guest

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
  • Interact with guests, taking orders and answering any questions about the drink menu
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
  • Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Track and manage bar inventory and supplies
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
