Applicants need to work well with others, offer team support and keep a positive and fun vibe going throughout the busy day. Bartenders work at all BMR Food & Beverage Outlets based on business need. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for bar guests and servers Money handling Operate Point of Sale Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting menu items; explaining the lunch specials and answering food and alcohol preparation questions Strong customer service skills Complete open and closing duties; including stocking and prep for bar area General cleanliness of bar/restaurant area QualificationsJob Qualifications: Must be 19 years of age 3 years bartending experience preferred Other Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs Ability to stand for duration of 8+hour shift Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Typical shift is from 10am-6pm
