As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during quieter periods.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and responding to inquiries about drink options.
• Manage inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper till management.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
