Bartenders at Cambridge Mill are fully trained servers who are also responsible for serving guests in our newly renovated lounge. They are responsible for maintaining the overall friendly and fun environment while ensuring comprehensive wine, cocktail and food knowledge. The ideal candidate is able to mix a wide range of cocktails and also has strong beer and wine knowledge while also keeping up-to-date on new trends in the mixology and wine world. Bartenders work closely with all other front and back of house team members to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, and to provide an extraordinary guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years in a Bartender role
• Smart Serve Certification
• Excellent wine, beer and spirit knowledge
• WSET or CAPS an asset

• Provide elevated beverage service serving guests both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Make consistent efforts to identify repeat guests and customize their experience based on their preferences.
• Practice Smart Serve principles and check customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age as required.
• Embody a great service culture, and create a high level of service standards and excellence
