Carlton Tavern is a local favorite known for its friendly atmosphere, great food, and cold drinks. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented bartenders to join our team. Responsibilities: * Greet guests and take drink and food orders with a positive attitude * Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences * Maintain a clean and organized bar and follow all health & safety standards * Monitor customer alcohol consumption and uphold Smart Serve guidelines * Handle payments accurately using a POS system * Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service * Restock bar supplies and assist with opening/closing duties as needed
Qualifications: * Smart Serve Certified (required) * Food Handler Certification (required) * Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude * Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
