Carolina Ale House is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team in Fort Mill, SC! Responsibilities: Provide menu knowledge and suggest drink options to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations to ensure responsible alcohol consumption. Practice safe alcohol service by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety. Engage with guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at the bar. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain a clean and adequately stocked bar area. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with local laws and regulations. Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations. Strong multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced bar environment. Demonstrates a positive and cooperative attitude towards teamwork. Proficiency in mixing cocktails and creating visually appealing drink presentations. Flexible availability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends. Meets the legal age requirement for serving alcohol.
