JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be self motivated and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Casey’s BBQ and Smokehouse is located in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin. It is nice and steady in the winter off season and crazy busy in summer/fall. Tips can be as great as you want them to be! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making cocktails, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in a busy tourist driven area. Must be able to work weekends, including Sundays and some holidays. Shared housing is available.

SKILLS

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
  • Previous bartending experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations within the food industry is essential.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Experience in food serving.

    Pay: From $12.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

  • Operate Toast POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  • Take carryout orders over the phone or in person, packing them and ensuring they are accurate.
