Job description:
Please note this job is only open to applicants who can work week days through out the year.
You will be working in the very busy & popular, Award Winning , “Dan Buckleys Bar” at The 4 Star Castle Hotel & Leisure Centre , where we have an all day trade which goes from Morning Coffees to busy Lunch & through to an A La Carte Barfood Menu in the evenings.
From time to time you will help with Weddings & Functions in “The Ardilaun Suite”.

Main Duties :

• Make a comprehensive range of drinks from coffees to cocktails and everything in between
• Build a connection with both locals and visiting guests
• Ensure the bar is kept clean and tidy at all times

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have Excellent Customer Care skills
• Should have previous experience in a similar role
• Have an interest in progressing in the hospitality industry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.60-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
