As a Bartender, you’ll take ownership of your bar station, delivering consistently high-quality beverages and service. You’ll work closely with the bar and floor teams to uphold our standards, contribute to a collaborative and creative environment, and help shape a venue that’s as dynamic as the city itself.

TFE Hotels, in collaboration with The Mulberry Group, will operate five distinct venues under one roof—each designed to reflect Melbourne’s layered food and drink culture while adding something new to the mix. From morning coffee runs to late-night soundtracks, these venues will be seamlessly woven into the rhythm of the hotel and the city beyond.

What you’ll be doing (not limited to):

Deliver exceptional service and drinks that showcase creativity, consistency, and quality.

Prepare and maintain your bar station, ensuring smooth operations across shifts.

Uphold high standards of beverage presentation, hygiene, and safety.

Engage with guests to create memorable experiences through personalised service.

Collaborate with the team to develop and refine cocktail menus and beverage offerings.

Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies, including stock control and cleanliness.
