JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety practices. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
