If you’ve got a passion for craft brews, a heart for hospitality, and you’re comfortable with a marijuana-themed restaurant, we want to meet you. The Lowdown (Your Role) As our resident bartender, you aren't just a face behind the bar. You’re the heartbeat of the shop. You’ll report to the General Manager and sync up with the Bar Manager to ensure every guest feels like a regular from their very first sip. The Setlist (Your Duties) Interaction Over Transaction: We don’t just "process" people. You’ll build a loyal following through genuine connection and "Lobby Love." The Mixology Magic: Master our signature cocktails, know your craft beers inside and out, and guide customers through the ultimate munchie-and-drink pairings. Keep the Rhythm: From FIFO to perfect labeling, you’ll keep the bar stocked, organized, and sparkling clean. Safety First, Man: Keep your "head on a swivel." You’ll uphold all local alcohol laws, check IDs like a pro, and ensure everyone stays safe and chill. No overconsumption on your watch! Total Team Jam: When the bar is mellow, you’re jumping in to help the crew—lining baskets, taking phone orders, or helping out at Expo. We’re all in this together. Requirements What You Bring to the Session The Vibe: An inclusive, positive attitude and a deep respect for our Core Values. The Skills: You know your bar terminology and have your Alcohol Service Safety Certs (ServSafe, etc.) ready to go. The Stamina: You can handle an 8-hour shift on your feet and have the muscle to move a full keg (159 lbs) when the backup arrives. The Brains: You’re a problem-solver who can prioritize tasks when the shop gets buzzing. The Heart: You demonstrate integrity, self-direction, and a "shop-first" mentality.
