• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Engage with patrons, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction with drinks and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with licensing laws.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Restock supplies as needed, ensuring that the bar is well-equipped for busy periods.
