We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service to customers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Upsell additional beverages or food items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations
Skills:
- Experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in handling food and beverages
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes
