JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a friendly manner.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items if applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and giving change.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when required.
• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
