• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Uphold food safety standards by maintaining a clean workspace and following hygiene protocols.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service.
