Your Role: Bartendar
As a Bartender at Colada Shop, your role is pivotal in animating our unique Cuban ambiance. You’re not merely mixing drinks; you’re crafting an experience, creating a hospitable atmosphere, ensuring seamless operations behind the bar, supporting your colleagues, and leaving a lasting impression on everyone who walks through our doors. You will:
Lead with Passion: Be the heart and soul behind the bar, inspiring your team and guests with enthusiasm and dedication to excellence.
Drive Excellence & Authenticity: Uphold the highest standards of service and mixology, ensuring each guest is treated to an authentic Cuban experience through our beverages.
Operational Mastery: Skillfully manage all aspects of bar operations, from preparation and presentation to inventory control and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Make an Impact: Play a crucial role in enriching our guests’ experiences, contributing to the warmth of our community, and elevating the Colada Shop brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Food Protection Certificate preferred.
  • ABRA Certified preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work authorization: United States (Required).
