The Hotel Bartender will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes accurately according to recipes and presentation standards. What We are Looking for in a Hotel Bartender: * Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and customer requests. * Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age. * Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings. * Suggest drinks based on customer preferences. * Greet customers and take orders efficiently. * Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. * Handle complaints or concerns professionally. * Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary. * Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system. * Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing. * Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. * Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages. * Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and glassware. * Ensure the bar area is organized and tidy. * Dispose of trash and follow health and safety regulations.
