RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers * Mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests * Checking identification to ensure guests are of legal age to purchase alcohol * Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area * Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions QUALIFICATIONS: * 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality preferred * A team player with a guest first attitude * The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers * Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * The ability to stand for extended periods * Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs. required ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance * Deferred Retirement Plan with Company Match

Responsibilities

The bartender is responsible for mixing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Additional duties include checking IDs and supporting other restaurant areas as needed.
