Description The Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City at Briarcliff is seeking a friendly and service-driven Bartender to join our guest-focused hospitality team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Bartender creates a welcoming atmosphere by delivering warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service. This position plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience through genuine hospitality and exceptional bar service. Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
