Cru Bar & Cellar is looking to hire a skilled and passionate bartender to join our experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating quality drinks, has a strong interest in wine, and thrives in a premium bar environment.
We’re looking for someone with solid technique, great communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be hands-on with cocktail prep and service, contribute to our seasonal drinks list, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience, especially for those seated at the bar.

– 20–25 hours per week
– Cocktail creation and prep
– Coffee service
– Bar setup, cleaning, restocking, and polishing
– Engaging directly with guests at the bar
– Adhering to RSA guidelines
