Position Summary: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, classic drinks, wine, and beer. Demonstrate expertise in mixology, including creating innovative cocktails, balancing flavors, and using fresh ingredients. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Assist with menu development, seasonal cocktail lists, and special events.
