POSITION SUMMARY:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, classic drinks, wine, and beer.
• Demonstrate expertise in mixology, including creating innovative cocktails, balancing flavors, and using fresh ingredients.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal cocktail lists, and special events.
