Description Breezy Point Resort is looking to hire an experienced Bartender to work at their Dockside restaurant location. We are a busy restaurant with several events happening throughout the year. Experience in high volume establishments is a must. We are looking for someone who can handle the large crowds in a resort setting. Bartenders are responsible for serving beverages to guests, help maintain inventory levels by restocking the bar, and check I.D.'s for age and authenticity. If you have high volume bar tending experience, outgoing, love interacting with people and have a positive attitude we would like to meet you! We offer great resort discounts! We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Requirements High volume bar tending experience. Maintains assigned cash register and bank per shift. Responsible for serving and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standards for guests. Understands and adheres to all rules and regulations pertaining to the department. Maintains a clean work station. Restocks beer coolers and other bar supplies. Attends all mandatory meetings and trainings. Previous bartending experience and cash handling is helpful. Knowledgeable about drink ingredients/mixtures. Knowledgeable with current alcohol laws. Excellent time management, organizational, public relations and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
Responsibilities
The bartender is responsible for serving and mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar station. They must also manage cash transactions and ensure compliance with age verification and alcohol regulations.
