Responsibilities What You’ll Do Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings. Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions. Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation. Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork. Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment. Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring An outgoing and social personality. An eye for detail. A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude. A collaborative, team-player mindset. Previous bartending experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
