Description The Hilton Garden Inn, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Bartender to work weekend evening hours. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers, as well as the ability to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences. Responsibilities: - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines - Upsell and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed - Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines What are we looking for?
