The 4 star Best Western Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa requires an experienced bartender to serve our customers at the newly launched Churchill Bar & lounge.
The Churchill Bar & Lounge boasts coastal views offering a serene and sophisticated retreat for those seeking a unique bar experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and Serving Drinks: Mixing and serving various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, customer requests, and new drink creations.
  • Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, taking orders, recommending drinks, and providing a positive and friendly experience.
  • Managing Bar Inventory: Maintaining adequate stock of liquors, beers, wines, mixers, ice, glassware, and other supplies.
  • Ensuring Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and surfaces.
  • Handling Transactions: Processing payments, balancing cash receipts, and verifying customer age.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service: Following responsible alcohol service practices and ensuring customers are not over-served.
  • Promoting Menu Items: Highlighting daily specials, new drinks, and food offerings to customers.
