As a Server/Bartender at Drayton Chop House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass both serving food and beverages in the dining area and preparing and serving drinks at the bar. This position requires a passion for customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and excellent communication skills.
Hybrid Role: Bartending and Serving!
Weekend availability is a Must!!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a server and bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and wine and beverage pairing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively.
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and assist customers in making menu selections.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and attentive service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to established recipes and company standards.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm that they meet the legal drinking age.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Upsell and promote specials and featured items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
