  • Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring adherence to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of Beverages: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles. Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance customer offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and conducting regular inventory checks. Ensure that all beverages and supplies are stored properly and organized.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and securely.
