QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous bartending experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• experience using touch bistro POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
• Uphold time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
