EXPERIENCE

  • Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations related to food handling.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in brewing, cocktail preparation, and customer service techniques.
