EVOO Greek Kitchen is a stylish, modern dining room offering elevated Greek cuisine, thoughtfully curated wines, and exceptional cocktails.
We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Bartender to join our team. Candidates must have open availability with no scheduling restrictions, and bring the skills and professionalism to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience
• Minimum 3 years of serving experience
• Strong working knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
• Experience with craft cocktails and balanced recipe creation
• Understanding of classic cocktail methods, recipes, and bar tools
• A polished and professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality

• Mix and serve cocktails to spec with speed, accuracy, and flair
• Provide expert recommendations on cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
• Confidently manage bar guests while preparing drinks for the dining room
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and bar setup
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning, prep, and closing duties
