Experience:

• Bartending: 2 years (required

• To deliver consistent standards of excellence in the Food & Beverage department
• To meet, greet and serve our guests to the agreed standard
• To ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
• To deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner
• To upsell products and services of Dillons Hotel
• Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside
• Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace
• Minimum 2 years bar experience required
• On occasion if required, cover a NP day off
