OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hotel , dining Room skilled and experienced Bartender . The ideal candidate will to have knowledge with current wine selections, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring a high level of hospitality while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. Your ability to manage effectively and engage with customers will be key to enhancing their experience at our establishment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HI End Restaurant Bartending experience is necessary
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including handling and safety practices.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and making recommendations.
  • Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations.
